01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aar999 platform, including the website located at aar999.net, any associated mobile applications, and all services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and aar999.

By accessing the aar999 Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the services offered by aar999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aar999 Platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain a player account with aar999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aar999 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all products and services on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of aar999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling operator or have a court-ordered prohibition on gambling activities.

aar999 may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by aar999 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the aar999 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, same email address, same payment method, same device, or any other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aar999 employs automated and manual systems to identify duplicate accounts and will close any such accounts upon detection.

When registering your aar999 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aar999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aar999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must contact aar999 support immediately.

aar999 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the aar999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). aar999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. aar999 does not accept cryptocurrency transactions at this time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your aar999 account wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to clear, depending on the originating bank's processing times. aar999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your aar999 account, or to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to the first withdrawal and at any subsequent point at aar999's discretion. Processing times vary by method and are published in the aar999 cashier section. aar999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the point of transaction. aar999 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

aar999 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive schemes to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses issued by aar999 are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games within a defined time window. 06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on aar999 are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, event, or game type, as published in the relevant section of the Platform. These rules cover bet settlement procedures, cancellation policies, and the resolution of disputes arising from ambiguous or incomplete event results.

Cricket & PSL Betting: aar999 offers betting markets on all major cricket formats, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, international Test matches, One Day Internationals, and T20 Internationals. All cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, aar999's cricket betting rules for each specific market type shall apply.

Live In-Play Betting: During live in-play events, odds are subject to rapid change. aar999 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets placed at erroneous odds, or delay settlement pending official result confirmation. Bets accepted in error due to technical glitches or manifest pricing errors may be voided at aar999's sole discretion.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot games on aar999 use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are verified by the game provider and available on request. aar999 does not alter RTP settings beyond those configured by the licensed game provider.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aar999 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using aar999 for any money laundering activity or for circumventing any applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
